Application for a Place at Flora’s

Catchment areas for schools are set by the Council. A catchment checker is available on the council website here. Pupils normally go to their catchment school as this is the area in which they live, allowing natural friendships to form. It is also worth noting that primary catchments and secondary catchments are different. Being in a particular primary school does not make you eligible for the associated secondary school. Secondary school places are allocated based on your address and will be your catchment school. The council policy on admissions in Mainstream Schools is available on the council website here.

Our P1 registration takes place during November. Dates and other information is publicised using both Local Radio, and posters placed in Local Shops, Schools and Private Nurseries.
